About this Visa:
- This is a 4 years 3 months provisional residence visa;
- Allows you to come to Australia with your family;
- Invest in Australia and you can do business as well;
- Keep the investment in Govt. Bond for 4 years and then;
- Apply for Permanent Residency (PR) in Australia.
Specific Requirements for 188B:
1. Main Applicant under 55 years of age. Some exceptions;
2. One year experience out of recent 5 years of either;
A. Minimum 10% ownership in qualifying business with a management role; OR
B. AUD 1,500,000 Mil Investment Management Experience;
3. Net Asset (personal and business) to be AUD 2,250,000 or more;
4. Must have at least 3 years of Qualifying Business or Investment Management Experience;
5. MUST Score at least 65 points on the Innovation Points test.

The Second Instalment charge for Main Applicant is AUD 9,795
The Second Instalment charge for over 18 any family member is AUD 4,890
